After completing his TAFE Certificate III in Arboriculture and working as a contract climber for various companies, Richard went out on a limb and established his own business, North Shore Arboreal, in 2001. Since that time he has made a name for himself on Sydney's North Shore as a friendly and reliable arborist. With more than 10 years experience he has the knowledge, skills, and resources to tackle all aspects of tree work in the Sydney area. More than a business man... A conservationist at heart, Richard ensures that any wildlife displaced by tree work, such as possums or birds, are appropriately relocated or cared for by Wires, Taronga Zoo, or a local Veterinary clinic. As a lover of all animals, Richard has also been known to use his tree climbing skills to save the occasional pet cat!
